Mission and Areas of Focus for the Center The mission of the Center for Mathematical Services is to help prepare students of all levels to effectively use mathematics as a tool to analyze situations and resolve problems. In the field of mathematical sciences it serves as an interface for the University with the secondary schools in the area served by the University of South Florida. By means of this interface special programs in mathematics, science, and engineering are offered at the University of South Florida for secondary students. |
