Factorial Autonomy Scale, FAS

This page is no longer being maintained and has been moved here.

The Factual Autonomy Scale (FAS) is designed to assess the amount of autonomy an individual has in his or her job. The questions are factual in nature, asking about autonomy over specific things at work as opposed to general judgments about overall autonomy.
