Submitted : Fall 2012 Falcons and caracaras range from small to medium sized birds of prey. They can weight as little as 35 grams to as much as 1,735 grams. They have strong hooked bills, sharply curved talons and excellent eyesight. The relationship between there agile wings and there body mass is departmental to their predator performance. The following experiment shows the relationship between body mass and wingspan of 17 species in Falconidae family.
