Medicine >> OtherState-Transition Matrix of Neuromuscular Acetylcholine Receptorsby Kelton Radefeld
Submitted : Spring 2022 By finding the fraction of open channels, number of conformation states, the ratio of the number of channels, and the rate at which one molecule switches from one conformational state to another, we can make a matrix for the transition rates between different protein conformations. This can give insight into the binding affinity Neuromuscular acetylcholine receptors have for target molecules used in medicinal interventions.
