Other >> EconomicsHow the opening of more online jobs will affect the number of jobs available after the virusby Dyllan Britz
Submitted : Fall 2020 The COVID-19 pandemic has been affecting our society in many ways throughout the year. One of the biggest differences that can be noticed is the aspect of the job openings that have been transferred to online variants of these jobs. Online versions of jobs allow for a lot of adaptability for the workers and the employers, and it allows for the creation of new jobs in our society if managed well when the transition from online to back in person does occur. This means that it is possible to factor in the average growth of jobs over time, to compare that to the rapid change in jobs from this year and use the area between two curves to calculate the plausible range of new jobs that will be created after the global pandemic is over, or the plausible loss of jobs depending on how the rate of jobs is shown.
