Indonesian Deforestation Rate

The aim of this project is to determine the amount of land in Indonesia that has been deforested between the years of 2012 and 2020. This country was chosen for such calculations because it is known to have the highest rates of deforestation in the world due to economic growth with the average rate of deforestation being 183.78 square miles each year. The percentage is established by using the Exponential Decay formula P=Poert. The impact of extreme deforestation is having an effect on all types of species throughout Indonesia that is resulting is a decline in the country’s biodiversity.
