Submitted : Fall 2016 This project was designed to explore the optimal measurements for the structural design of a greenhouse, which would provide for maximum volume given a specific amount of material that can be used. Given the limitations in transport space available to move materials to distant or barren lands and the need to maximize these materials, how can we get the most space inside a greenhouse using the limited material available? Using general surface area and volume equations, the range of possible radial measurements can be calculated. After determining that there were no excluded values within the range, it was determined that the maximum radius in the range would produce the largest volume of space within the greenhouse.
