Forces on the beams in an observation platform

This project goes over the forces acting on the poles and bolts and goes through the process of obtaining the forces associated with the platform. It combines civil engineering concepts and calculus concepts to solve a problem. The purpose is to understand in more depth engineering concepts. The results show how the supports are able to withstand the forces.
