Utilizing Free Space Within a Dining Room

An ambitious restaurant owner may wonder what they can do to increase profit. Aside from excellent service, quality food, and advertising, the building itself is another huge factor that can make all the difference. If there is not enough space for more customers, then the rate of customers a day will be approximately the same. With calculus applications there is a way to figure out how to make room for customers without putting an addition on the restaurant. Simply re arrange, out with the old,  and in with the new and more efficient.
