Bakery Sales

For this project I was given a “Bakery PMG Report” which shows the forecasted sales, amount produced, the amount staled, and the amount sold for each bakery item. Using the forecasted sales and the amount produced I was able to make a definitive random variable table. The conclusion was that the bakery is over producing products and meeting projected sales.
