Submitted : Fall 2012 The purpose of this project is to determine the effect of tire size on acceleration of a monster truck. Assuming the equation of car speed and time is given, it is conventional to figure the acceleration of the car. The major challenge is to find the area of the graph of the engine’s angular velocity and the reciprocal of the engine torque. In order to find the area, a numerical integration technique is used (Trapezoidal rule). Related Links:
