Cholera Outbreaks in Haiti

Cholera is a type of Bacteria effecting Haiti. Come up with a solution to help prevent the spread and contraction of the bacteria. I suggest using giant tanks of water, purifying them with chlorine disinfection. This will provide clean water to ensure the infection does not run rampant.
