Submitted : Fall 2018

A differential equation is an important calculus application that relates a physical value with its rate of change. Newton's law of cooling is a seperable differential equation that relates difference in body temperature and its surrounding temperature with the cooling constant, K. Newton's law of cooling is derived and demonstrated for in order to broaden the readers understanding of how differential equations can be applied to forensic science.
