Injury Biomechanics and Fall Height

With the legal system emphasizing the importance of the rights and protections of children, many parents or caretakers are charged every year on counts of neglect or child abuse after the child sustains an injury from a claimed fall in the household. However, many of these parents can be proven innocent by medical personnel and prosecutors by calculating the approximate force the child felt in their fall.
