Iphone Sales Optimization

Calculus and derivatives can be used in a variety of ways in the business world.

In this article, marginals and demand elasticity will be used to examine how Apple is doing in terms of iPhone sales. We'll also look at whether or not there's room for change and how we can get there. The average cost of an Apple iPhone in 2018 was $800. (Murphy, Mike)

In 2018, approximately 218 million iPhones were sold worldwide (Liu, Shanhong). These are real figures gathered from actual data.
