Modeling Average Age of Residents at an Assisted Living Facility

This report sought to investigate the average age of residents at an assisted living facility, and attempted to find a model that would be an accurate representation of the data.  This model could be a predictor on what the expected age of future, incoming residents would be.  Knowing this, managers and directors can order certain materials or make the appropriate accommodations to cater to residents of a certain age group.
