Internal Horse Power

This project was meant as only an exercise in theoretical engine blueprinting. Engines have such an important role within our daily lives. Thus, designing an engine for particular purposes and goals can be important. Upon the course of solving the problem at had many variables quickly become apparent, because an engine is a collection of masses that experiences their own forces either by touch or gravity; thus, calculations must be derived from what is known.

Upon setting a HP goal the torque, forces, fuel, air, and volume calculations were solved for. Each of these calculations were a function of the prior. Once all these calculations were completed there was a .0006  difference when comparing the volume of air & fuel needed with the volume of the cylinder.
