Tracking a Solar Panel to Increase Efficiency

In this project I will need to design and experiment on a system that tracks the maximum solar output area. This system is supposed to track the maximum solar output area and stick to it so it could harness more energy. The level of solar output could be monitored on the solar panel that follows the solar power using a photocell that can detect the intensity of light. Using that intensity the amount of energy can be calculated. Also the performance of the solar tracker device is experimentally analyzed.
