Bringing Diversity to the Classroom

America is a country of diversity and by visiting the public schools that becomes evident. One important factor that administrators must take into consideration is the diversity of their schools culture. Burney Elementary school has a variety of students from many different cultures. It is imperative that the students are spread out evenly throughout the classes to avoid alienating a student of a different culture or allowing one group of students of the same culture to dominate a classroom.
