Overheads: You can download WORD 6 versions of my own overheads. Feel free to modify them if they don't quite fit your needs as they are.

Practice exams: One for each chapter--with answers. Have your students take them on the site, or download and have them take them in class.

To get an examination copy or access to online instructor's manual. For access to the instructor's manual you must contact the publisher for a password.
