The Correlation Between Variables and Life Expectancy

by Jermaine Hamilton

Submitted : Spring 2012

The purpose of the experiment is to determine whether the heart rate, body temperature, and/or weight of an organism correlate to its life expectancy. We will perform graphical analysis and compute Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient to determine whether or not the variables correlate significantly to life expectancy and which variable has the highest correlation with life expectancy.
