Choosing a Valet Account by Finding Work

by Anthony Quigley

Submitted : Fall 2011

This experiment applied the process of integration to a real life issue to determine the Work that would be required in two separate valet accounts, and determined which would be more beneficial to valets. By taking the integral of the two main directional components and adding them together in each case, the desired results were given and a conclusion was made. The data showed that Account 1 required 60715.20J of work and that Account 2 required 43590.40J of work. Therefore, Account 2 was the account that should be chosen.
