Submitted : Fall 2017

Many people do not realize the amount of time and effort it takes when it comes to building an amusment park, specifically rollercoasters. So many factors are involved, such as, level of fun, and more importantly, a safe ride. Calculus is often used when constructing rollercoasters. It is used to find slope, speed, acceleration, and maximum and minimum height. These numbers are then used to create the perfect rollercoaster that is also safe.
