Sustaining Engines

As coolant flows, it dissipates heat. The flow rate is vital to the temperature of the system, whether it be power plants, generators, or supercomputers. Using the velocity in terms of pressure, we find the flow rate of fluid at the centerline of a pipe. This project will produce ways to diagnose an engine by finding its coolant flow rate.
