Exponential growth in dairy farms

This project aims to demonstrate the maintenance rate of birth and growth of cows over a period of certain number of years. By using Calculus, it has shown how cows grow exponentially and that their rate of growth can be controlled using mathematical modeling. The project has used my father’s cow farm to gather data and utilize that for prediction. It has monitored the growth of cows over different periods of time. It has noticed changes in the rate of growth for the first five years, and later on it predicts the growth until 2020.

This project will help the said owner of farm to maintain it more efficiently. Using the data and projection made in it, the owner can make a more calculated future plan through well-managed budgeting.
