SIR epidemiology model and cholera epidemic prevention

This project is aming to find a way to calculate the percentage of a population required to be vaccinated in order to reach herd immunity and prevent a potential epidemic of cholera. I was able to find this value using the SIR model which is a good mathmatical tool able to make predictions as to the spread of infectious diseases in a population.
