Co-Current Heat Exchanger

Submitted : Spring 2011

This project is about Co-current heat exchanger and we have a system in which we have water flowing through both the hot stream and cold stream. Our problem is we don't know the length of the heat exchanger and we want the system to lower the temperature of the hot stream to 50 degree celsuis. The second part of the problem is we want to know what the lowest possible flow rate can be in the cold stream that will still produce in lowering the hot stream temperature to 50 degree celsuis with any length.
