Drag of a Body

by Alexander Yassein

Submitted : Spring 2010

This project elaborates on how air flow past a body or a solid object is known as air resistance which also results in a drag force. This drag force generally decreases the velocity of the object overtime. In order to solve for the missing variables of this problem it is necessary to follow a series of techniques, laws and general calculus concepts. Our mission is to solve for the time (t) in seconds it takes an object to get from point A to point B, taking into consideration two given velocities and drag force components.
