Use of calculus formulas in measurement of the average lifetime of radioactive atoms

by Vladislav Mikheev

Submitted : Spring 2019

This project presents in a detailed and simple form the use of calculus 2 formulas for calculating the average lifetime of radioactive atoms. Since nuclear physics is difficult in understanding the concept of non-comprehensible things for many students, this project was written for a deeper understanding of the problems with nuclear physics both for students and for all those people who are interested in this issue because the text presented in this project is simplified as much as possible. The purpose of this project was to understand the topic of a lifetime of radioactive elements and write a possible guide.
