Credit Card Statistics

At my place of employment, Marshalls department store, there is the task of asking customers to sign up for the TJX Rewards credit card, which is the card exclusive to our chain store and its sister stores. I wanted to see if there a correlation between the quantity of applications completed over a period where our store has an abundance of shoppers which is during the holidays.
