Submitted : Fall 2017 In this project, the volume of irregular shaped gas tanks were calculated. In order to prove methods of integration as accurate calculations of volume, theoretical, regular shaped tanks, with known dimensions were first calculated. Using a variety of integration techniques such as cross sections, and disc and washer method, the volume of an irregular gas tank can be accurately calculated.
