Calculating Rates of Heat Transfer

Submitted : Fall 2014

In this experiment, the temperatures inside and outside of a room in a house were recorded.  The recorded temperatures were then used along with the area and thickness of a window to determine the rate and direction of transfer of heat through a glass window in the room.  An equation which relates all these variables was used which combines mathematics, physics and thermal dynamics.
