Open Triangular Channel Flow

by Spencer Baker

Submitted : Fall 2011

In this report, the goal was to calculate the optimal dimensions of an open triangular shaped channel that would be used to transport a desired amount of liquid (water). Optimal dimensions would allow for the desired amount of flow while having minimized the contact friction between the water and the material.
