Oxygen Depletion in a River

by Ruth Edwards

Submitted : Fall 2010

The goal was to calculate the range of distances with unacceptable oxygen levels if a specific amount of organic waste was dumped into a river. Definitions were provided for contamination rates and conditions so the majority of work done was manipulating those equations to solve for the final distance range.
