Throughout this project report, I use calculus concept to estimate the surface area of revolution around the x-axis of fluctuating lipid leaflets using weighted grid tessellation, as the surface area revolving around the x-axis is approximated by the surface area computed by integration where the fluctuating lipid leaflets are estimated by a high-degree polynomial. The surface area per lipid is an essential amount helpful in portraying lipid bilayer structure and elements. Be that as it may, just isolating the level surface territory secured by the number of fluctuating lipid leaflets does not give an adequate portrayal of surface elements in situations where parts of the lipid pamphlets have shapely directions in three measurements. A calculation is proposed for demonstrating surface zone per lipid utilizing a three-dimensional decorated system. Thusly both the vertical and additionally the all the more regularly considered the even, variances of fluctuating lipid leaflets are utilized to precisely decide the zone secured. This calculation can uncover contrasts in elements between pamphlets under various conditions that are generally undetectable with a customary level surface examination.
