by Manveer Sidhu

Submitted : Spring 2017

Determine the effect of exercise on the compliance of blood vessels in relation to pressure. Systolic and diastolic measurements were used to ascertain differences in both blood flow and blood pressure. Those with hypertension or abnormal heart conditions could have some concerns pertaining to physical exertion. Investigating how the circulatory system deals with common, and perhaps even expected, stresses is key to properly promoting a healthy lifestyle.
