Deflections of Beams and Shafts

This project is to explore how forces and loads affect the shape of a beam and to what intensity. By knowing the function of the load along the length of the beam, the internal shear force and moment can be found for any point along the beam. The way this is done is by integrating the load function into the shear force function, integrating the shear force function into the moment function, integrating the moment function into the slope function of the beam, and then integrating that to find the beam
