Finding Time of Death

by Gefthe Jean Philippe

Submitted : Fall 2014

The goal of this project was to estimate the time of death knowing the initial body temperature of the person when they were discovered.  To solve this problem several assumptions had to be made such as:  being in a unsteady state, the body is modeled as a cylinder, the person did not drown, and no energy is being generated within the body.
