Drug Dosage Remaining In Humans

by Angel Mason

Submitted : Fall 2012

Our experimental object was to calculate the dosage of drugs remaining in the body after a given amount of time. We achieved this by using an equation that was dependent among three primary variables: the absorption constant, the dosage of the drug consumed and the length of time that particular drug had been taken. Absorption was determined by evaluating the absorption constant from the concentration in comparison to time. In our efforts to learn more about the way the human body works, our results proved that we indeed were able to calculate a fairly accurate dosage that would remain within the body.
